Students join our online courses for a variety of reasons and come from diverse backgrounds, States, professions, and age groups. With EH online courses, you can advance your skill-set or begin a career change.
There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 16 years of age and older. All courses are conducted in English. Discussion boards and forums are a critical component of each of our courses; therefore, we suggest students to have a conversational knowledge of English.
It is recommended that you begin your course promptly. If you do need to start the course a few days late, contact your instructor as soon as possible after the course has opened to discuss your options.
Students taking EH online classes will need at least 2G to 4G RAM depending on the course. The latest version of any of these web browsers is allowed: Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome.
We do Both. We make our courses available on video and as well deliver them in real-time. We believe that the interactive experience is the most adequate and effective way to learn. So we advice students to take note and ask questions when lectures are on.
For any questions and technical assistance at any time, kindly chat the instructor up. However, for questions specific to your class, kindly post such questions to your class discussion forum. When you do that, in most cases, the questions will be addressed by your fellow students in your class or could be attended to by your instructor. However, when none of the former works, you are required to send a mail to help@empowertech.com.ng.
Courses are open to all students 14 years or older. If you are under you can't.
Yes. Your computer can be a desktop, laptop or tablet. We don’t recommend learning a course with only your smartphone due to the complexity of some courses.
Yes you do. However for web design & development course, you don't need an internet to start but you will need it in the end.
Missing mobile purchase

If an instructor needs to postpone a class, he/she will send a notification to the class or to the students email address with information regarding the re-schedule.
If you will be absent from a class session, you are advised to notify your instructor ahead. He/she will tell you what to do. And if you’re unable to attend a class session, you might want to use the forums to see if other students in the class can share their notes or fill you in on what was missed that session. Your absenteeism should not exceed 30% of total course duration. Student will be expected to maintain 70% attendance.
Each class session is scheduled within a 2-3 hours depending on the course and the instructor. A class session will typically consist of assignment review, a brief question and answer session, and lecture.
Yes. It is one of the prerequisites to advance in the course and to obtaining a certificate. Depending on the course, you are expected to spend your homework time on weekly assignments, research. tests and project submissions.
Absolutely. The course instructor will revert back to you about your performance.
Yes. You will be qualified for a digital certificate if you perform excellently well in your assignment and projects.
